How to build landing pages in WordPress without fiddling with layouts

WordPress is great until you need to build a new landing page.
When I’ve worked for SaaS companies with a WordPress site, I’ve spent hours trying to fix layouts on mobile, tablet, and desktop.
Often, I’ve had to rebuild pages when the content that looks great in Google Docs doesn’t fit into my previous template.
It’s frustrating.
Meanwhile, my Google Ads keep driving traffic to pages that don’t convert.
That’s what we built LandingRabbit to solve.
No more wasted time and ad budgets.
In this blog post, I’ll show you how SaaS marketers go from an idea to a fully built WordPress landing page in four simple steps, without tweaking pages or waiting for a developer to help.
Step 1: Add your content or topic
After logging into LandingRabbit, just start with what you have.
It could be a keyword, product description, blog post, or even sales call notes. Give your idea to LandingRabbit, and the app figures out the best page to build from it.

You don’t need to choose the structure, write a headline, or share a full page plan. Just give it context, and LandingRabbit does the rest.
The app suggests a landing page type (e.g. use case, feature, solution) and a working title based on what you added.

Step 2: Review the page plan before writing starts
Before we generate any content, you’ll get a page plan.
The plan gives you a clear structure, including:
Persona: Who the page is for
Alternatives: What tools or workflows they use now
Problem: What they’re struggling with
Solution: What your product helps them do
Features & Benefits: What they care about most

Think of this as a checkpoint before writing. You can edit anything. Add your own insights, remove details that don’t apply, or rewrite bullet points in your own tone.
Once it looks good, click ‘Ready, write the page’.
Step 3: Edit your landing page content (no layout work required)
Next, you’re inside the editor.
On the left, you’ll see a Google Docs-style text editor.
On the right, a live preview of your landing page with your brand’s fonts and colours already applied.

LandingRabbit gives you the full structure:
Benefits and features
Testimonials, FAQs, CTA
You can edit any section, remove the ones you don’t need, and add new ones. The layout updates automatically across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
You don’t have to worry about spacing, padding, or formatting.
Just focus on writing great content for the audience you’re targeting.

Step 4: Publish to WordPress in a few clicks
Once your content is ready, you’re one step away from publishing it.
Here’s how the LandingRabbit WordPress plugin works:
1) Install the plugin
In your WordPress site admin, choose ‘Plugins’ and click to 'Add Plugin'.

Search for LandingRabbit.

Install and activate it just like any other WordPress plugin.
2) Choose your WordPress editor
After activating the plugin, choose ‘LandingRabbit’ from your Tools in the WordPress admin.

If you’re using Elementor, paste the page URL into the Elementor version of the plugin.
If you’re using the default WordPress editor (Gutenberg/Blocks), use that version instead.

You can choose whether to include your site’s navigation and footer. Most WordPress themes support this feature, but if you want the page to look exactly like the LandingRabbit version, you can keep them disabled, too.
3) Paste the URL and generate your page
The final step is to add your URL and click 'Create a page'. LandingRabbit generates the page for you in a few seconds.

Review your page draft and publish it just like any other pages.
That’s it.
No wireframing.
No manual layout work.
No waiting for devs.
Just give a keyword or any other content you already have, get a page plan, preview it live, and publish.
