Why we chose this SaaS landing page example
When you combine a well-tested landing page formula and a story that speaks to your ideal prospects, only good things can happen.
To improve LandingRabbit’s content writing skills, we are constantly hunting for great SaaS landing page examples.
Out of thousands of pages we’ve seen, Userjot one the only few starting with a customer question.
Instead of using a copywriting formula like [Capability + ICP], the hero section starts with 'A founder recently asked me...'

The next part continues the story using the founder’s words, 'She then continued...', and shows a list of pain points.

The answer follows, and it sticks to the same first-person format ('So I asked what if you could...').

The landing page formula?
Hero – Problem – Solution.
The PAS copywriting formula a super powerful one, but it's easy to get wrong by exaggerating the problem. The moment the problem doesn’t sound credible, the visitor hits the back button.
But if you follow Userjot’s example and write a real customer story, you are going to get it right.

What’s UserJot?
UserJot is for product teams and startup founders who currently collect user feedback through scattered channels like Slack, support tickets, and emails. The problem is, this feedback gets messy and hard to track, so important requests slip through the cracks and users feel ignored. UserJot fixes this by giving teams one place where users can share ideas and vote on what they want next. It comes with features like public and private feedback boards, guest feedback options, automatic grouping of similar ideas, public roadmaps, and changelogs that update users on new releases. This helps teams build the features users actually want, keep customers happy, and reduce churn.
