Why we chose this SaaS landing page example
Testimonials are a common element on the best B2B SaaS websites. They give marketers a way to show customers' voices on the page while maintaining control over the message and the full-page experience.
In Jimo’s testimonial section, a few things stand out.
First of all, the product is built for non-technical team members who’d like to add popups and surveys to their SaaS applications. The use cases vary from product announcements to onboarding. Depending on the task, the product might be used by a marketer, product lead, or designer. Jimo has cleverly taken this into account and shows tabs for users to click their role.
Secondly, each testimonial has additional keywords highlighting the main benefits and features important to this particular customer. It’s a great way of reminding visitors which features were discussed above and what this testimonial is connected to.
Small things matter in SaaS copywriting and landing page design. To me, Jimo’s website team’s attention to detail in the testimonial section indicates high product quality, too.
What’s Jimo?
Jimo is designed for product and marketing teams who use tools like Intercom or Pendo but struggle to create personalized in-app experiences without extensive development work. Jimo provides a no-code platform for building product tours, surveys, and in-app announcements that enhance engagement and adoption. Key features include customizable onboarding flows, interactive surveys, targeted notifications, and analytics integration. This allows teams to improve user onboarding, collect real-time feedback, and drive feature adoption more efficiently.
