Chattermill: CTA

Why we chose this SaaS landing page example
A call-to-action section at the end of the page often includes a book a call form. And while the page visitor scrolling all the way probably liked what they saw on the page, it’s still a big ask for anyone to give a slot from their calendar. When you’ve done that once as a prospect comparing solutions, you quickly learn it’s never just one call – the follow-up messages keep coming after the initial meeting.
The best SaaS websites use persuasive SaaS copywriting to increase the number of people who leave their details, and Chattermill’s page is a great example.
First of all, it repeatedly highlights that the demo is ‘personalized’ and discusses ‘your challenges’ – actionable language that talks directly to the page visitor works much better than a formal tone.
Secondly, the main title and bullet points cover the product’s benefits and reasons why other customers have signed up.
Thirdly, social proof is added twice. Reviews and ratings from third-party services and logos at the bottom of the form build trust and signal that it might be worth having a chat.
Finally, the form asks a question to give Chattermill’s team an idea of the volumes this particular company sees in their surveys, customer chats, and support tickets.
It might be a bit wordy, and small changes to the design would make it even better, but from a copywriting perspective, this landing page example and CTA section is one to save in your notes for future projects.
